Privacy policy pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679)

Introduction
The privacy and security of your personal data are and will always be one of our top priorities. We would therefore like to explain to you in a transparent way how and why we collect, store, share and use your personal data, as well as the controls and choices you have over when and how we share your personal data.

This is our goal, and in this Privacy Policy ("Policy") we will explain in detail what we mean.

You may be aware that the new European Union regulation, called the "General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR"), gives certain rights to individuals in relation to their personal data, implementing the legislation provided for by the old Privacy Code in light of new technological developments.

Rights of the data subject

The rights that European legislation provides for users are:

• right of access: the right to be informed and to request access to the personal data processed concerning you (commonly known as "data subject access request");
• right to rectification: the right to request the modification or updating of your personal data in the event of inaccuracy or incompleteness;
• right to erasure: the right to request from us the permanent erasure of your personal data;
• right to restriction: the right to request that we temporarily or permanently stop processing all or some of your personal data;
• the right to object:
• the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation;
• the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
• right to data portability: the right to request a copy of your personal data in electronic format and the right to transmit such personal data for use in the context of the service of others;
• right not to be subject to automated decision-making: the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision-making, also in the field of profiling, if the decision has a legal effect on the user or involves an equally significant effect.
• right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority: in Italy it is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

Personal data collected

The personal data we collect is user identification data (name, surname, email and possibly the telephone number, if provided by the user within the message).

Our website also collects anonymous data relating to browsing on the site, such as your IP address, the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the sites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.

We use this data for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the sites and to check their correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes. Except for this eventuality, such data will persist on our computer systems for a time normally not exceeding thirty days.

Authorization for processing

To make it easy for you to exercise these rights and to record your preferences in relation to how we use your personal data, we have included 2/3/4 ticks when you register to indicate the permissions you give us to process your personal data.

By checking the authorization for processing pursuant to art. 13 GDPR, you authorize us to contact you to respond to your contact request (or quote) and it is necessary to store your contact data in our file and contact you to provide you with the requested service. You also authorize us to contact you and send you emails containing information about our services/products/events and promotions that may be of interest to you.

Data retention

Your data is processed internally and stored on servers protected by firewalls and antiviruses. Our web-agency that provides the hosting service may host some of your data, but does not have access to your data that is sent to our internal email.

Duration of treatment

Your data is stored only for the time necessary to answer your contact request. If, however, you also select authorisation to process your data for commercial purposes (possibly to communicate your data to third party partners), the period of storage is limited to 2 years, after which we will ask you for a new authorisation.

Our site contains cookies

Cookies, as you know, are fragments of information created by a server and stored on the hard disk of the PC or other device (smartphone, tablet, netbook, etc.) that are useful for improving the browsing experience within the site and providing a better service to the user. They store your browsing data within the site and transmit it back to you the next time you visit, allowing you to return to the page you were visiting, for example.

Cookies can be stored permanently on your computer or device and have a variable duration (so-called persistent cookies), but they can also disappear when you close your browser or have a limited duration (so-called session cookies).
